Since my diagnosis in 2017, I've endured THOUSANDS of migraine attacks.

I may be considered the expert now, but I wasn't always the migraine pro within my circle.

In fact, diagnosis day was one of the most scary and confusing of my life. If migraine is not just a headache... what is it?! How can I cope?

I was shattered to learn that it could be lifelong, disabling, progressive, caused by something serious, etc., and I couldn't see a way to be happy if I didn't cure the disease first (SPOILER: FALSE).

The cherry on top? I got almost no "next steps" from my care team, and I was too confused (hello, sudden endless brain fog!) to know what steps I could take to support my body while we learned to navigate this devastating disease together.

Nowhere to turn?

If you're like me, getting diagnosed with chronic migraine was devastating and confusing.  I expected the doctors to be able to "fix" me, but they were not the relief I was hoping for.  It felt like their interest started and stopped with prescribing pills, rather than getting to the root of the problem.

Three things resulted:

1. I had a TRILLION questions, (and figuring it out on my own was a struggle).

2. Many years of trial and error, heartache and lost life could have been saved for me, if I'd had the right resources at the time I needed them.

3. In hindsight, I was a textbook case of common co-morbidities that were never addressed; and getting THOSE under control was vital!

It took a few years, but eventually I found ways to thrive and be happy, even though I was sick. I also learned a heck of a lot of things about health, nutrition, sleep, stress, and the nervous system that could benefit anyone, migrainey or not.

Now, I am dedicated to being the mentor I'd wished I had when I was first diagnosed with chronic migraine.

All my tips IN ONE PLACE.

There is NO reason for you to take the time navigating through the same maze I did. You're too dang sick for that!

I took my near-decade of experience as a biochemist and scientific researcher, and DUG DEEP into the world of what happens to a person when they become chronically ill. What contributes to so many of us being doomed to the same fate?

I'll get it packaged up nicely, and presented in a way you can understand and act on immediately. Does that sound good?

There are biochemical reasons we feel the way we do!

Better yet, there are so many things we can do about it.

"Strength grows in the moments when you think you can't go on but you keep going anyway."

Don't let your migraines write your story for you,  or tell you what each chapter looks like. Sure, migraines might be a side character in your tale, but they don't have to be your author or even your main plot. Reclaim your story!

Turn your migraine story into a tale of triumph over challenges, where you're the hero in control of how it all unfolds.
